How is the cost of a project determined?
Every project is different. We look at the size of the job, the condition of the surfaces, the amount of preparation or repair needed and the materials required. Once we understand what the project involves, we’ll provide a clear estimate for the work.
What preparation and repairs do you handle?
Preparation depends on the surface and its condition. That may include cleaning, scraping, sanding, caulking or priming before the finish is applied. We can also handle small drywall and wood repairs when they’re needed. We’ll identify that work during the estimate so you know what is included.
How long will my project take?
The timeline depends on the size and scope of the project, the condition of the surfaces and the preparation involved. Exterior work can also be affected by Prescott weather. Before work begins, we’ll talk through the expected schedule and let you know if conditions require an adjustment.
